Crab salad with cream cheese and mayonnaise gets a crunchy texture with water chestnuts and almonds.

Makes: 24 servings (3 topped crackers each)
Ingredients:
1 can (8 ounces) La Choy® Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained, chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
1/4 cup chopped green onions (about 2 onions)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon LaChoy® Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
72 Assorted crackers
Directions:
1. Combine water chestnuts, cream cheese, crabmeat, almonds, green onion, mayonnaise, soy sauce, dry mustard and garlic powder in medium bowl; blend well.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
