Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 4 cups thinly shredded green cabbage
  • 3/4 cup chopped carrots
  • 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice, chilled
  • 1/2 cup La Choy® Original Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
  • 2 tablespoons La Choy® Soy Sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
Directions
  1. Heat large nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook 5 minutes or until lightly browned and crumbled.
  2. Add cabbage and carrots; cook 3 minutes more or until crisp-tender. Add rice; cook 5 minutes or until rice is dry and lightly browned. Add stir fry sauce and soy sauce; stir to combine.
  3. Create well in center of rice mixture by pushing towards sides of skillet. Add beaten eggs; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until egg is scrambled. Stir egg and green onions into rice mixture.

Cook's Tips
Try with chilled, cooked brown rice instead.
