Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steak
  • 1/2 cup La Choy® Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade, divided
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  •   PAM® Grilling Spray
Directions
  1. Combine steak, 1/4 cup stir fry sauce and lime juice in recloseable food storage bag. Place in refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Stir together remaining 1/4 cup stir fry sauce, bacon, mayonnaise and chives; set aside. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry; discard marinade.
  3. Spray grill pan with grilling spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook other side to desired doneness. Remove from pan; let stand 5 minutes.
  4. Cut steak into 4 pieces and serve with sauce.

Cook's Tips
To reduce calories in the sauce, substitute reduced-fat mayonnaise or plain yogurt for the regular mayonnaise. OR, try turkey bacon in place of pork bacon to keep the smoky flavor.
