Grilled Steak with Teriyaki and Bacon SauceGrilled steak served with a smoky teriyaki sauce

| Ingredients |
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steak
- 1/2 cup La Choy® Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade, divided
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- PAM® Grilling Spray

| Directions | - Combine steak, 1/4 cup stir fry sauce and lime juice in recloseable food storage bag. Place in refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Stir together remaining 1/4 cup stir fry sauce, bacon, mayonnaise and chives; set aside. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry; discard marinade.
- Spray grill pan with grilling spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add steak; cook 3 to 5 minutes. Turn and cook other side to desired doneness. Remove from pan; let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut steak into 4 pieces and serve with sauce.

| Cook's Tips | To reduce calories in the sauce, substitute reduced-fat mayonnaise or plain yogurt for the regular mayonnaise. OR, try turkey bacon in place of pork bacon to keep the smoky flavor.
