Ingredients

  •   PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 5 pounds pork baby back ribs (2 racks), membranes removed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 jar (14.75 oz each) La Choy® Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Spray shallow baking or roasting pan with grilling spray. Arrange racks of ribs in single layer in pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours. Remove from oven.
  2. Spray grate of cold grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat. Cook racks of ribs on grill 10 minutes, or until meat is lightly browned, turning once and basting often with sauce. Cut into desired serving size pieces.
