3/4 cup Glutino® Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 cup hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Earth Balance® Original Buttery Spread

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
Whisk together flour, milk, water and spices in large bowl until batter is thick and well blended. Dip the cauliflower in the batter and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping pieces over halfway through. Wait until pieces are brown and crispy.
Melt butter and mix in hot sauce on stove top. Remove from the heat just as it starts to melt.
Remove cauliflower from oven. Toss pieces in butter/hot sauce until coated evenly.
Return cauliflower to baking sheet and bake in the oven for another 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
