- 1 jar (14.75 oz each) La Choy® Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce-Marinade
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 3 small red bell peppers, each cut into 12 pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, each cut into six 1-inch pieces
- 24 medium fresh button mushrooms
- 12 long metal or bamboo skewers
- 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil

| Directions | - Place sauce and chicken in large reclosable food storage bag. Close bag and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Spray grate of cold grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat outdoor grill on medium heat 20 minutes. To make each kabob, place 1 piece each of red pepper, chicken, zucchini and mushroom on each skewer. Repeat ingredients again and end with red pepper. Discard bag with remaining marinade.
- Brush kabobs with oil. Place on grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning 1 or 2 times.
