Marinade
- 3/4 cup La Choy® Soy Sauce
- 1 can (6 oz each) frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 can (6 oz each) pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (1/4 cup = about juice of 1 large lemon)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Kabobs - 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 24 (1-inch) cubes
- 12 long bamboo skewers
- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 3 small red bell peppers, each cut into 12 pieces
- 2 medium zucchini, each cut into 12 (1/2-inch) pieces
- 24 medium fresh button mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil

 | Directions | - Make Marinade: Place all 5 ingredients in large resealable food storage bag; seal. Work mixture with hands until combined. Remove 3/4 cup marinade; set aside.
- Add chicken to bag; seal. Turn to coat chicken with marinade. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Soak skewers in water at least 30 minutes before using.
- Spray grate of cold grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat outdoor grill on medium heat 20 minutes. Assemble kabobs by placing 1 piece each of red pepper, chicken, zucchini and mushroom on each skewer. Repeat ingredients again and end with red pepper. Discard bag with marinade.
- Brush kabobs with oil. Place on grill and cook 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning 1 or 2 times. Brush with reserved marinade and serve.
