Dressing
- 1/4 cup La Choy® Lite Soy Sauce
- 3 tablespoons natural rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Salad - 1 pkg (10 oz each) hearts of romaine salad blend
- 4 ounces fresh snow peas, cut into thin strips (4 oz = about 1 cup)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips 1 inch long
- 8 ounces ready-to-eat crabmeat or crab flavored seafood
- 1 can (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup La Choy® Rice Noodles

| Directions | - Make Dressing: Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar, garlic powder, sesame oil and pepper in small bowl until well blended.
- Make Salad: Combine romaine, pea pods and bell pepper in large bowl. Add half of the dressing; toss lightly. Place equal amounts of salad onto 4 plates. Top each evenly with crabmeat, oranges and rice noodles. Drizzle with the remaining dressing. Serve immediately.
