Asian Seasoned Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (12 oz each) La Choy® Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce and Marinade
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes
  •   PAM® Grilling Spray
  • 3 small red bell peppers, each cut into 12 pieces
  • 2 medium zucchini, each cut into six 1-inch pieces
  • 24 medium fresh button mushrooms
  • 12 long metal or bamboo skewers
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil
Directions
  1. Place sauce and chicken in large reclosable food storage bag. Close bag and marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
  2. Spray grate of cold grill and utensils with grilling spray. Preheat outdoor grill on medium heat 20 minutes. To make each kabob, place 1 piece each of red pepper, chicken, zucchini and mushroom on each skewer. Repeat ingredients again and end with red pepper.
  3. Brush kabobs with oil. Place on grill and cook 6 to 8 minutes, turning 1 or 2 times.
