Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup La Choy® Garlic Ginger Stir-Fry Sauce and Marinade
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 pkg (16 oz each) broccoli coleslaw
  • 1 can (14 oz each) La Choy® Bean Sprouts, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup La Choy® Rice Noodles
Directions
  1. Stir together stir-fry sauce, vinegar, cilantro and honey in medium bowl. Add broccoli coleslaw and bean sprouts; toss to combine.
  2. Sprinkle with rice noodles just before serving.

Cook's Tips
Broccoli slaw can be found in the produce section near the lettuce. If broccoli coleslaw is unavailable, substitute a 16-ounce package of regular coleslaw.
