- PAM® Grilling Spray
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (2 large breast = about 1 lb)
- 1/4 cup La Choy® Soy Sauce
- 1 cup low fat sesame-ginger dressing
- 1 cup fresh snow peas, cut in half
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup La Choy® Sliced Water Chestnuts, drained
- 4 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 can (11 oz each) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup La Choy® Chow Mein Noodles
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, lightly toasted

 | Directions | - Spray grate of outdoor grill and grilling utensils with grilling spray. Preheat grill to medium heat according to manufacturer?s directions.
- Place chicken in medium bowl. Pour soy sauce over chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. Grill chicken until no longer pink; allow to cool, slice thinly.
- Pour dressing into medium bowl. Add grilled chicken, pea pods, green onions, and water chestnuts; toss lightly. Chill in refrigerator 15 minutes or until serving time.
- Toss lettuce, oranges, chow mein noodles and almonds together in serving bowl. Top with chicken mixture and serve with additional dressing, if desired.
